Why they are free
Because they solve small problems that should not cost anything. The sum for what a meeting costs is one formula. An agenda with times is a list of numbers. Neither needs a subscription.

Nothing leaves your machine
The tools run as JavaScript in the browser. They have no server to send anything to, and they store nothing between visits. If you type in salary figures or the names of your board members, they stay in your tab and disappear when you close it. Copy or download before you go.
